Twenty five years ago, our journey began in a small apple orchard hidden among the reeds of the Göksu River. What started as a simple dream gradually became Tranquilla River Lodge, a riverside boutique hotel shaped by nature, inspired by the slower rhythms of life.
It may be one of the most written about houses among İstanbul’s hidden escapes. Sometimes it is about its style, sometimes its atmosphere and sometimes simply the feeling it leaves behind.

Today, Tranquilla remains a peaceful nature retreat where timber cabins, garden cottages, wood-burning fireplaces and riverside terraces blend gently into the landscape.

Over the years we have hosted jazz evenings by the river, intimate concerts, mushroom walks, nature explorations and countless tranquil moments shared around campfires and breakfast tables.
